Lease of a mill, 1935
Aqa Shukr Allah rented two sixths of two mills, known as Haj Sadiq's, to his nephew, Aqa Mirza Hasan for one year from, 4 April 1935 to 3 April 1936 for 300 rials (25 rials a month). A note on the verso reads: "a lease for water rights from Mashhadi Muhammad Mahdi Akbari to Aqa Shukr Allah Muhsini and Mirza Hasan Muhsini."

Lease of Fakhr al-Dawlah's shop, 1927
An agreement according to which Husayn ʻAli (a Tabrizi merchant), the son of Muhammad Ismaʻil (the merchant), rents a shop from Ismaʻil (the superintendent of Amir's section in the bazar) and Aqa Yusuf (signing on behalf of Fakhr al-Dawlah). The length of the lease is 10 years and it holds Fakhr al-Dawlah responsible for maintenance of the property.

Sale document, 1926
Haji Mir Mukhtar Aqa, Aqa Mir Muhammad, and Haji Mir Jalal have sold a few stores, including one purchased from Khavar Khanum and Dirakhshandah Khanum, daughters of Haji ‘Abbasquli, to Mashhadi Hamd Allah Amin al-Ra‘aya and ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan in exchange for eight hundred and forty tumans. On February 21, 1928, Mashhadi Hamd Allah Amin al-Ra‘aya has sold his share to Mirza Baqir Iskandarzadah for four hundred and twenty tumans.

Raziyah Buluri's testimonial, 1952
Raziyah Buluri Tafrishi is asking for the testimony of those who are aware of a transaction between her and her brother, Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Buluri. She claims that she put up one of her houses on April 30, 1921 to take a loan of six thousand tumans for her brother, who wanted to buy a car after his coffee shop was closed. Since he could not pay back the loan in time, she had to get another loan to pay back the first one. Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Buluri has not given his sister any receipt and has now sold the car and moved away.
